How It Works

Soolantra Cream contains 1% ivermectin, an antiparasitic and anti-inflammatory agent. It is believed to target *Demodex* mites, microscopic organisms that live on the skin and are found in higher numbers on rosacea-affected skin.
Ivermectin works by paralyzing and eliminating these mites while also reducing skin inflammation. This dual-action mechanism helps clear the red bumps and pustules associated with rosacea, particularly subtype II (papulopustular rosacea).
